We spent the first 45 minutes discussing the different harmful effects of drugs including club drugs.
The second part of the period we worked on some of our basketball skills including proper shooting form.
Today Philip and I watched a video about different club drugs, such as MDMA and Ecstasy. A lot of these drugs are used at Raves and other kinds of parties.
As we watched the video we discussed aspects of these different drugs.
At the end of the period we played some ping-pong.
I had Philip for 2 periods today where we watched a video about marijuana. As we watched the video we had some open discussions about what was going on.
We discussed THC and the harmful effects it has on the mind and body.
Warmup will consist of 6 laps with 5 burpees between each round. 50 situps challenge, 50 pushups, and 50 leg raise challenges- 15 Minutes of Breath of Life Yoga stretches- 10 Minutes of bag work-
Today Philip and I continued working on our ping-pong game.
We worked on our serve along with our slice and overall game.
We actually played a couple of games together.
