Today Philip and I continued working on our ping-pong game.
We worked on our serve along with our slice and overall game.
We actually played a couple of games together.
For the first 45 minutes Philip and I watched a video about Narcotics.
As we watched the video we had some open conversation about the different types of narcotics.
The second 45 minutes we spent playing ping-pong while working on our slice on the ball.
We played for 30 minutes because today was a recess day.
Light Weights workout month. We will start with 15 Reps increasing throughout the month. The light weights will be used to strengthen and exercise the Upper body: Curls, Bench Press, Flys, Extensions, Leg raises- Lower Body workout: Squats, Calf Raises, Lounges, Leg rises, Jump squats- Sit-ups and Stretches
