Ben loves working on the bag. It allows him to express himself positively without feeling judged.
He is very much awake at the end of our session. Maybe we should be first on his schedule every day.
Today we will begin our workout with bag work. Utilizing various combinations that we have learned over the last few months and adding a positive intention.
