The three basic stances: are the horse stance and how it is used along with Front stances, and cat stances.

Kicks and punches will be practiced from the stances and how to move in the stance.

Today we will train as if we were preparing for the US Olympic boxing team.

Today we will emphasize on head movements. Using the bands we will do bob and weave drills.
