Today we will review and have Fun with stances.
The three basic stances: are the horse stance and how it is used along with Front stances, and cat stances.
Kicks and punches will be practiced from the stances and how to move in the stance.
The cardio workout will be light sparring and finish with sit-ups.

Warm up with Stretching. Today will focus on block and counter punching.
Today's Martial Arts basics will also focus on Basic Punches, Front kicks, and Front Stance.
Sit-ups for core strengthening- Punches and stances will be combined into a launch punch and a launch front kick.
Emphasizing on improving Balance- Sparring
