Today we will jog around the field. Complete the Add-one exercise drill including jacks, Mountain climbers, bicycles, burpees, and high knees.
Drills include how to throw a Jab punch, and a reverse punch, with drills and combinations.
Kick the cones to practice roundhouse kicks
Finish with Stretch and meditation.
